They make their own ice cream. Seriously, that's all you need to know. But occasionally they only have two people working when there is a line wrapping around the block.

This is an Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor, with a huge variety of flavors, and the ice cream is excellent. They also have milkshakes and things like that. You can sit inside, or relax on the porch outside, or stroll Historic downtown Chester oh, it's just a great place to relax and enjoy excellent ice cream. It doesn't get much better than this! Service is always Pleasant and attentive.

I only like vanilla soft serve. Sometime they are out of vanilla soft serve. I want a tub of vanilla soft serve but they only give me large so I have to buy two. :(

Ice cream is to die for unfortunately the past 3 times i’ve been here with my family the costumer service is horrible. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. The girls are rude and always have an attitude. Good costumer service is everything. Friendlier staff is NEEDED.

This small ice cream shop is one of the best I've been to. They offer a wide variety and some really quality ice cream. The oreo was delicious and so was the cookie monster, a blue ice cream with cookie dough inside. I've never seen anything like it. Generous scoops and a friendly staff. What's there not to like?

Been going here for years. Amazing homemade ice cream. They also have vegan options! I recommend the vanilla vegan ice cream with chocolate almonds! You would never know the difference!

Best ice cream place around! Staff is amazing and the service is quick! Even with a line out the door I would still wait for the best ice cream around! You can even grab some ice cream sandwiches to go!!!

This place is awesome! Over 50 flavors! The staff is so nice and the ice cream was so good! There are benches outside to sit on. It was a beautiful day to sit outside. We were in the area after going for a hike nearby. We think we may even drive the 40 min to come here just for the ice cream. My son got two scoops and it was so much. Totally worth it. Even my one scoop was a lot. You get what you pay for. I am so glad we found this place.

Got to go early. The lines start at 11:00. Everyone was nice and the ice cream is good. A lot of choices of ice cream. Just have to be patient, and make sure you speak loudly to get your order as everyone is having fun.

I've ordered two birthday cakes from Taylor's since moving to Chester last year and both times placing and picking up the order were so easy. Their ice cream cakes are *the best* and so affordable compared to other places. Their staff is always polite and helpful, I love this place!

Excellent homemade hard ice cream with so many flavors to choose from! The soft serve ice cream was among the most flavorful around. The specialty dipped cones are a fun treat too! Reasonable prices and friendly service.

My daughter (5) and I met a friend and his daughter (4) for a social distancing meet-up. Not only was the staff nice, patient and taking the necessary safety precautions (mask & gloves) but the healthy portions of ice-cream were DELICIOUS! AND the owners seem to have the business attached to an educational scholarship! I love it when business are giving back to the community! 5 stars!

Used to be my family's go-to ice cream destination. Great flavor selection with quick service. (My youngest son enjoys Cookie Monster.) However, prices were recently increased and they're no longer reasonable. I'll switch to other local establishments for my fix!

The staff was friendly, family atmosphere was nice. Lots of flavors! They had a dairy free option if you happen to be allergic. We got 3 scoops for a little over $5. We got a scoop of banana, a scoop of coconut and a scoop of cappuccino. The flavors I thought tasted artificial.

Premium ice cream in downtown Chester. Great ice cream in a beautiful locale. I like the mint chocolate chip and the mocha chip.

Delicious ice cream! My favorite place to visit when I’m in town. They have a great section of flavors and the service is always top notch. Last night I had a conversation with the young man behind the counter and it made me feel right at home. I would recommend this shop to anyone that enjoys a great atmosphere and high quality service.

Great location, good ice cream & some fun flavors. I would have left a higher review, but the styrofoam cups and plastic cone holders are disappointing. I ordered a cone to avoid the styrofoam and got the plastic cone holder. Bummer.

Whenever I go to Chester, I ALWAYS stop in for ice cream at Taylor's. Last time I was there I had blueberry ice cream in a pretzel cone. The contrast of sweet and savory flavors was WONDERFUL. I HIGHLY recommend this cozy slice of Americana.

Great selection, happy people, outdoor seating. I stopped there in three middle of a longish motorcycle ride. Got a delicious black raspberry hot fudge sundae. Sat outside on the bench while people drove by. Wonderful little place and will do so again next time I'm in the area.

Great flavors, and are following the new social distancing requirements. Amazing ice cream, we tried and loved today's flavors: peach, hazelnut chocolate and butter pecan. Very hard to pick out of over 40 flavors...Plus there vegan and sugar free versions available as well.
